We have a user guide which will give a step-by-step explanation on how to create a domain user account which will be used to run Exchange Synchronzer. Furthermore it is explained to give this account access to the complete mailbox store.
The new created user must be used as the Synchronization user, all mailboxes added to this user in the mail profile will have sufficient rights to be accessed by the Exchange Synchronizer. Individual access right settings on the mailboxes is not needed.
