SYMPTOMS
You can get this message while installing one of the modules mentioned in the "applies to" section, after you filled in a account to connect to the database.
RESOLUTION
This is normaly caused by a SuperOffice dll file which is not always registered. (SODataDictionarySDK.dll located in the SuperOffice folder)
If the SODictionarySDK.dll is not present in the local SuperOffice folder, you can copy the file from the SuperOffice folder on the server.
Please register the above file and try again to install DataDirector.
How to register SODictionarySDK.dll:
- Find this dll which is located in the SUperOffice folder.
- Click on Start --> Run and type "regsvr32" (Without the quotes)
- Drag the SODictionarySDK.dll into the RUN field.
- Click on OK, you get a message that the file is registered.

If this doen's help, than there is no database user defined in the superOffice admin (replication tab).Usually you can fill in here the CRM5 user.
