SYMPTOMS
When starting the synchronizer with the user credentials the following errormessage appears: Error opening the ODBC connection, reason: -2147217843 [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Login failed for user ‘X’.
RESOLUTION
The reason why this user cannot log in is that the option "db authentication only" in the licenses tab of the SuperOffice Admin is not checked. If this option is checked, the user can log in.
