      SUMMARY
      Some Outlook version do not allow a change in an already synchronized appointment.
    • The appointment is created in Superoffice and synchronized to Outlook succesfully
    • The start and finish time can be changed in SuperOffice. The outlook appointment will be changed.
    • When adding new information in the SuperOfficeappointment NO change will be seen in the Outlook appointment.
    • When changing the appointment in Outlook (changing the time frame or the text) a messae will appear saying "The item could not be saved because it has been changed by another user or in another window. Do you want to make a copy in the default folder for the item?"

      This situation will only appear when the following Outlook versions are installed.

    • Outlook 2003 Nl SP3 11.8169.8172

    • Outlook 2003 US SP2 11.8118.8122
