Hanging appointments
When you experience that appointment are not getting through, please check the local folder where you will find the logfiles.
When you see that the application has started to create dmp files
in this local folder please perform the following steps:
- Check your Synchronizer version. Please make sure it's the latest version. You can find the latest version on
http://www.vismaplaza.com/
- Update the MapiCDO files.
