SuperOffice Synchronizer on CRM 5 is also known as&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;InfoBridge Outlook Sync.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;This guide applies to both the server edition and the personal edition, but only need to be&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;executed one time for each SuperOffice database&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;Before you begin&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;We expect that you already have:&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul type="disc"&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;Stopped all synchronization on all computers&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;Upgraded from CRM 5 to SIX&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;Installed SuperOffice Synchronizer (version 1.2.xx or 3.0.xx)&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;Started the Synchronizer Admin so that the new tables are created in the SuperOffice SIX database.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;Do not start synchronization before this upgrade procedure is completed!&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;This conversion utility should only be used by customers who are currently using the SuperOffice Synchronizer for CRM 5 (also known as InfoBridge Outlook Sync) and have upgraded from CRM 5 to SuperOffice SIX.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;This conversion utility should be started on the same machine where the SuperOffice&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;Synchronizer Admin is installed. Choose to delete all synchronized appointments, tasks and contacts. See that a settings.txt document is made; this file holds all the settings of the users in the synchronizer admin. &lt;i&gt;(In case you use the Outlook synchronizer you need to run the clean tool on all machines where the synchronizer is installed)&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;When the cleaning has finished you must choose to drop the tables. &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;Run the setup SetupExchangeSynchronizer_3.2.xx_6.exe&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;After installing you start the Synchronizer admin. A message will be presented that no synchronizer tables have been found.
