Overview:

Follow this KB article when you see that not all contacts from your SuperOffice selection are synchronized into Outlook.

How to:

  • Open your Outlook contacts
  • Order the Contacts by Category
  • Please note that 2 SuperOffice Categories; Superoffice Company & Superoffice Selection
  • Delete the category Superoffice Selection

The Synchronizer will first execute this delete statement

  • Next it will synchronize the SuperOffice selection members back into Outlook.

It might happen that not all contacts are synced. This is most likely a problem with the SuperOffice Selection:

  • Stop the Synchronizer
  • Copy the SuperOffice selection to a new Selection
  • Make sure the original selection is set to a different category than Outlook selection. The new selection must be set to static and the category must be Outlook Selection
  • Open your Outlook contacts
  • Order the Contacts by Category
  • Please note that 2 SuperOffice Categories; Superoffice Company & Superoffice Selection
  • Delete the category Superoffice Selection

Start the Synchronizer again

Please note:

Contact Synchronization is only one way (SuperOffice ---> Outlook).
