Overview:

Follow this article if you would like to know about all the possible settings for the Nebula DataBridge.

This KB article explains what each option does, so you are able to understand and customize the Nebula DataBridge to your own preference.

Tips:

  • First we need to log in to the Nebula Dashboard by clicking the red SuperOffice button

  • Click Profiles

Manage Profile > Select File

  • Name
    • This field is used for identifying your import profile. Use a unique and easy to understand name, so different import profiles are easily identified
  • Upload
    • Click the "Select Files" button to manually select your import files. We support a wide range of import files, like plain txt or csv files
  • Connect
    • Click this button (required) to connect to your SuperOffice CRM Online account. This is required, else DataBridge has no authorization to import to your SuperOffice CRM Online environment

Manage Profile > Configure File

  • File contains column headers
    • Choose Yes if the file contains column headers on the first line. Failing to set this option while your import file has column headers might result into a faulty import!
  • Delimiter
    • Choose the correct delimiter to make sure that all columns are imported correctly. We support tab / semicolon (;) / comma (,) and pipe (|) as delimiters
  • Encoding (click Show Settings button)
    • In 95% of the cases, we are able to detect which file encoding is being used. But in 5% of the cases, we need your help in determining which file encoding has been used on the import file. Choose from options like UTF7 / UTF8/ Unicode / etc
  • Preview
    • This shows a preview of the file to be imported. Please check if everything is shown as desired
