Overview
In this article we will describe how to automatically link a person from Outlook to appointments and tasks in SuperOffice with the Exchange Online Synchronizer.
Prerequisite
It is only possible for already synchronized contacts in Outlook, who originate in SuperOffice, to be linked to synchronized appointments in SuperOffice.
Configure Outlook
You need to enable a setting in the Outlook options. As this is a different setting for each Outlook version here is an overview:

Outlook 2013 |
In Outlook 2013 the interface option has been removed and support for Contact Linking can only be enabled via a Registry key. Key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Outlook\Preferences Value name: ShowContactFieldObsolete Value type: REG_DWORD Value: 1 |

How to link Outlook contacts to SuperOffice appointments
- Make a new appointment in Outlook
- Select a contact (who also resides in SuperOffice). You can do this at the bottom of the appointment
- Save and watch the appointment synchronize into your SuperOffice calendar.
- As you can see it is now linked to the company of the contact, including the contact you selected in Outlook
