Overview
With the Synchronizer it is possible to make pending (not accepted) invites/ meetings private in Outlook and SuperOffice.
How to set pending SuperOffice invites private in Outlook
Open the Synchronizer admin > SuperOffice CRM Settings
Select the option Set Pending Invites as private in Appointment and Task
Click Apply this Setting for All the Users to save
Restart the Synchronizer Service

Select the option Set Pending Invites as private in Appointment and Task
