As from version 3.2.197 we have added an option to make all appointments and tasks that are synchronized from Outlook as private in SuperOffice.
Open the Synchronizer admin and go to the External Settings
Select the option "Synchronize External appointments as Private"
And/or select the option "Synchronize External tasks as Private"
Click "Apply this Setting for All the Users"
Restart the Synchronizer Service
