Unknown phonenumber or place in synchronized appointments

We often receive the question what an unknown phone number or place is doing in synchronized appointments. Fortunately, this is a known error and can be fixed quite easily.


When creating a new appointment in SuperOffice without a company and contact, the Synchronizer looks for a record where the "owner_id = 0". When you see the unknown phone numbers, you will find stray records in the SuperOffice database in the Phone and/or Address tables.

How to

  • Open the Phone- and/or the Address table
  • Search for records where the "owner_id = 0"
  • Remove these records
