Add missing contacts in Outlook

Overview

Follow this KB article when you see that not all contacts from your SuperOffice selection are synchronized into Outlook.

How to

  • Open your Outlook contacts
  • Order the Contacts by Category
  • Please note that there are two SuperOffice Categories:
    Superoffice Company & Superoffice Selection
  • Delete the category Superoffice Selection

The Synchronizer will first execute this delete statement

  • Next the Synchronizer will synchronize the SuperOffice selection members back into Outlook.

Contacts still missing

When you are still missing contacts in Outlook most likely there is an issue with the SuperOffice Selection.

  • Stop the Synchronizer
  • Copy the SuperOffice selection to a new Selection
    SuperOffice > Selection > Task > Copy the selection
  • Make sure the original selection is set to a different category than Outlook selection. The new selection must be set to static and the category must be Outlook Selection
  • Open your Outlook contacts
  • Order the Contacts by Category
  • Please note that 2 SuperOffice Categories: 
    Superoffice Company & Superoffice Selection
  • Delete the category Superoffice Selection
  • Start the Synchronizer again
