Overview
When synchronizing contacts, sometimes a faulty telephone is visible, containing "++" in front of the Country Code.
How to
- Start SuperOffice Settings and Maintenance
- Go to Lists > Countries
- Double click a Country
- Make sure that the Country number is filled in
- Make sure that the international access number is filled in
- Save changes
Already synchronized contacts will not be resynced to Outlook. The easiest way to check if the phone numbers are working correct now, is to perform the following steps:
- Open Outlook
- Select View By Category
- Select all the companies/contacts synchronized by the synchronizer (use shift select) and press delete
- The Synchronizer will add the companies/contacts again
