How to solve ++ in Contact Telephone numbers

When synchronizing contacts, sometimes a faulty telephone is visible, containing "++" in front of the Country Code.

How to

  • Start SuperOffice Settings and Maintenance
  • Go to Lists > Countries
  • Double click a Country
  • Make sure that the Country number is filled in
  • Make sure that the international access number is filled in
  • Save changes

Already synchronized contacts will not be resynced to Outlook. The easiest way to check if the phone numbers are working correct now, is to perform the following steps:

  • Open Outlook
  • Select View By Category
  • Select all the companies/contacts synchronized by the synchronizer (use shift select) and press delete
  • The Synchronizer will add the companies/contacts again
