NOTE: Exchange Online Synchronizer has an End Of Life date

For SuperOffice versions 7 - 8.3, the End of Life date is 31-12-2023
For SuperOffice versions 8.3 R1 and up, the End of Life date is 31-12-2024

Support and updates will stop after this date. You are free to use the product after the EOL date.

To use the Exchange Online Synchronizer for SuperOffice CRM the following requirements have to be met:

1  Microsoft has moved all online services to TLS1.2. Because this is not implemented in version 3.2.249 of Exchange Online Synchronizer, this version will not work anymore when using Microsoft 365 More info
To be able to use the latest version of Exchange Online Synchronizer, you need to upgrade your SuperOffice version
2  With OAuth Authentication. Basic Authentication is disabled by Microsoft on October1, 2022 More info

SuperOffice Onsite version 10.2.9

This version of SuperOffice supports using up to 4000 characters in the body text of an appointment. 

Make sure to have version 3.2.349 of Exchange Online Synchronizer installed when using this SuperOffice version. If not, you could loose data in appointment text.

    NOTE: When using an OnPremise Microsoft Exchange server, a direct connection to Exchange Web Services with Basic Authentication is needed. Hybrid configurations with OAuth are not supported.
  • Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Exchange Online)
    NOTE: Microsoft 365 Home, Personal and regular Business plans are not supported, as these plans do not have the Exchange Online component. Compare the Microsoft 365 Business plans here.

SuperOffice Windows client:

The Synchronizer is able to run without a SuperOffice Win client from SuperOffice 8.3 R1 and higher More info

Time Zones:

Times Zone support will be handled by the server where the Synchronizer service is installed.
