Overview

In SuperOffice it's possible to use follow-up types with a different translation for different countries (multi language). For instance the follow-up type Visit: GE:"Besuch";US:"Visit".

German users will see "Besuch" in the diary, English users will see "Visit" as the follow-up type.

Note The Synchronizer will use EN/US by default, it will not detect which language is in use.

How to

By using a special parameter in the Service.ini, you are able to use a different language. In this example we will use German as a language.

Service

If you want to use German as language within the Synchronizer Service, edit the service.ini (usually: C:\Users\<SyncUser>\AppData\Roaming\InfoBridge SuperOffice Exchange Synchronizer EWS\) and add language=GE under the [SO] header.

GUI / Interactive Mode

If you want to use German as language within the Synchronizer GUI/Interactive mode, create a shortcut to the Infobridge Synchronizer.exe on the Desktop and add LANG:GE as a startup parameter.
