Overview:
Even though IMAP is activated, the test in the UMA Configurator fails with an error message.
How to:
When you receive this error, please check the following common causes:
- SSL is chosen, but not made available
- The chosen Port is wrong
- SSL is disabled, while it should be enabled
- Default Port is not correct
- IMAP without SSL: Port 143
- IMAP with SSL: Port 585 or 99
