Overview:

When opening the login page for the InfoPanels, you might get the error message as shown below.

How to:

This error is due to a misconfiguration in the connection to the SQL Database as defined in the InfoPanels Configurator, in the "InfoPanels Database" section.

Please verify:

• Confirm that the specified database user is allowed to create a database. If you are unsure, try to use the "sa" user
• In the infoPanels Configurator, confirm that the Test button gives a successful result
