After creating rules in DataDirector, SuperOffice SIX might not be responding.

How to:

This is often the case when the button "Copy from DataDirector Admin" was not clicked during the installation.

This can be easily solved by opening the DataDirector Admin (shortcut available in Start Menu) and clicking the button "Copy from DataDirector Admin".
