How to solve a License Validation Issue

In some cases, company policy prohibits access to the Internet (due to a firewall / proxy or combination). This will also affect our software regarding (re)validation of the license(s).

How to:

If connection to the Internet is limited/prohibited, please create a support ticket by sending an email to: and ask for a license file.

Please specify the following information when you do so:

  • Product
  • Version / Build
  • SuperOffice Serial number (if applicable)
  • All other relevant information
