When using SuperOffice Web, you might receive an error message: External component has thrown an exception.
To solve this error, you will have to install the latest DataDirector client in the SuperOffice Web Netserver folder on the webserver.
Check the SuperOffice Installation Documentation to be sure. If you do not have possession over this document, please contact your SuperOffice Maintenance/Service partner.
