In many occasions when a workstation is newly installed the default time zone is selected by Microsoft Windows.
The time zone is used by Lotus Notes / Domino when adding appointments or tasks to Notes / Domino, please check if the correct time zone is selected for your country on the server where the Synchronizer is installed.
Also make sure the Workstations have the correct time zone setting, or shifts in the appointments will occur.
- Click the time in the system tray on the computer where the Synchronizer is installed
- Click on ‘Change date and time settings…’
- Press the ‘Change time zone…’
- Select your time zone from the list and click OK twice
Please note, in a domain, this will be configured by a Group Policy (GPO). If the setting is faulty, please contact your (local) IT to correct for this behaviour.
