Unfortunately, this cannot be done. You might only synchronize attendee information from SuperOffice to Outlook / Domino appointment's body text.
The Contact is such an important entity in SuperOffice, that this is done as a security measure. If you would delete a contact in SuperOffice, all linked activities / documents / etc would be floating becuase the owner would be missing.
To be able to sync attendee information, activate the option: Set Invited Participants in Appointment and Task.
This option can be found in the Synchronizer Admin > SuperOffice CRM Settings
