Overview:
When logging a mail, you might not be able to select the Organization Units. This might mean that the connection to the Visma Business Server is broken for the Mail Logger service.
How to:
Follow these steps:
- Stop the Visma Business service
- Stop the Mail Logger service
- Start the Visma Business service
- When the Visma Business service is running, start the Mail Logger service again
This will restore the connection to the Mail Logger service again.
