Overview:
The Synchronizer runs, but does not function properly or there is a massive delay in the synchronization process. In this case, check if the Exchange Cache Mode is enabled, if so follow this article on how to disable it.
How to:
- Open the Sync Admin
- Go to the Techical Settings panel
- Choose the correct MAPI profile from the dropdown list and click edit
- A new window appaears, click on the Advanced tab
- Untick the option: Use Cached Exchange Mode
- Click OK
- Restart the Synchronizer GUI or Service
