How to disable Exchange Cache Mode

The Synchronizer runs, but does not function properly or there is a massive delay in the synchronization process. In this case, check if the Exchange Cache Mode is enabled, if so follow this article on how to disable it.

How to:

  • Open the Sync Admin
  • Go to the Techical Settings panel
  • Choose the correct MAPI profile from the dropdown list and click edit
  • A new window appaears, click on the Advanced tab
  • Untick the option: Use Cached Exchange Mode
  • Click OK
  • Restart the Synchronizer GUI or Service
