Overview:
When you experience that appointment are not getting through, please check the local folder where you will find the logfiles.
How to:
When you see that the application has started to create .dmp files in this local folder please perform the following steps:
- Check your Synchronizer version. Please make sure it's the latest version. You can find the latest version on http://www.vismaplaza.com/
- Update the MapiCDO files. URL: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=1004. Please remove your current MapiCDO components (through add/remove programs)
