A common question we receive at our servicedesk is, if it's necessary to be logged in on the Nebula Dashboard for the Nebula Synchronizer to function properly.
The short answer is: no, this isn't necessary.
The Nebula Synchronizer is a cloud based service, which talks to both SuperOffice CRM Online and your email system (whether it's Google / Exchange / Office 365) over the internet. We use your credentials you have filled in during the activation to be able to communicate with both systems.
So even at night when you are asleep, the Nebula Synchronizer still checks for new appointments / tasks / contacts to sync. In other words, it's a true "set-and-forget" setup.
