In very specific cases, it might happen that the Google Authentication is missing in your account (or it might have been deleted accidentally).
Follow this article to check if the Nebula Synchronizer is still connected to your Google account.
- Go to https://security.google.com and login if needed
- Click Connected Apps & Sites under Sign-in & security
- Check the overview and verify that the Nebula Synchronizer is still an entry in this list like in the example below.
