How to set Delegation in Exchange 2013 for the Exchange Synchronizer EWS for Visma CRM or Business

To give the SyncUser enough rights on a single Mailbox (delegate rights), follow this guide.

This article applies to:

  • Exchange Synchronizer EWS for Visma CRM
  • Exchange Synchronizer EWS for Visma Business

How to:

  1. Open the the EAC (Exchange Admin Center)
  2. Navigate to Recipients > Mailboxes
  3. Find the mailbox of one of the Synchronizer users and click Edit
  4. On the properties page, click Mailbox Delegation
  5. Choose Full Access and Add the SyncUser*

*) Username might differ. Depends on what is chosen by the customer.
