How to set Impersonate rights in Exchange Online for Office 365 & Hosted Exchange 2010

Follow these steps to give the SyncUser Impersonate rights, the steps below are the same for both Microsoft Office 365 and Hosted Exchange 2010.

This article applies to:

• Exchange Synchronizer EWS for Visma CRM
• Exchange Synchronizer for Visma CRM
• Exchange Synchronizer EWS for Visma Business
• Exchange Synchronizer for Visma Business

How to:

1. Manage your Organization

2. Go to Roles & Auditing and Double click Discovery Management

3. Add the applicationImpersonation Role and then add the User that can Impersonate (SyncUser)

4. Save the changes
