If problems occur in the Lotus Notes Domino Synchronizer, then it's always a good idea to check the logfiles on the Domino side.
Follow this article if you need to find out where these files reside.
- Check the Files on the Domino server, using the Domino Administrator.
- During the installation of the Domino part, it will create a InfoBridge folder which houses the necessary files
- Check the SONO QDom (DomToSO) logfile/queue for Domino-To-SuperOffice Synchronizer events
- Check the SONO Queue SO (SOToDom) logfile/queue for SuperOffice-To-Domino Synchronizer events
