The synchronization of appointments and contacts is bound to certain rules which are discussed in this chapter.

Appointments that have the option ‘Show time as: free’ set are not synchronized to Visma Business. |

Appointments created on Saturday or Sunday are not synchronized to Visma Business. |

Only appointments that have the field ‘External processing’ set to ‘2’ are synced to Outlook. |

Only appointments within the synchronization range from 30 days in the past to 120 days in the future are synchronized. |
Contacts

Contact synchronization is only one way: From Visma Business to Outlook. |
Companies are not synchronized. |
Contacts are only synchronized under two conditions:

Only the addresses of the company that the contact belongs to is synchronized. The addresses of the contact itself is never synchronized. |
