Overview:
When an error occurs in Quote+ or the Quote+ Admin, we will ask you to provide us with the logfile. The logfile gives our support & development team valuable information why something is occuring. But where is the logfile?
How to:
The logfile of Quote+ is to be located in the installation folder of Quote+, which is C:\Program Files (x86)\InfoBridge\Quote+ by default.The logfile is called logfile.txt.
