To make sure the customer has the best experience as possible it is important that we validate the customer’s environment so we can guaranty a flawless calendar, task and contact synchronization.
To detect if the the calendar environment meets our requirements we have created a checksite where we can validate the calendar environment of the customer.
During the validation we ask them to enter their calendar credentials. These credentials are the same as they are using when logging into their email client on their desktop computer or in the web email client.
After entering the credentials we will contact the calendar system, we will verify if the calendar environment meets the requirements. When there is an issue InfoBridge will recieve a message and will try to fix the issue.
