What to do when you connect your synchronizer profile and you see this error

Unable to connect to Microsoft Exchange. Please verify your settings.
The maximum redirection hop count has been reached.

How to:

This has to do with the Autodiscover running in a loop. Try to connect without Autodiscover on.
Note: You will have to provide the EWS and OAB url manually, more info.
