Overview:

What to do when you use reminders in your SuperOffice appointments and you do not want these reminders to be synchronized into Outlook.

How to:

  • Open the Synchronizer admin 
  • go to the SuperOffice CRM Settings
  • Turn on the option 'Do not synchronize SuperOffice alarm'
  • Click on 'Apply the setting for all the users' to save

If you don't want the Outlook alarms to synchronize into SuperOffice go to External Settings in the Synchronizer admin and turn on the option 'Do not synchronize external alarm' and click on 'Apply the setting for all the users' to save.
