How to turn off SuperOffice alarms
If you don't want the SuperOffice alarms to synchronize into Outlook follow these steps
- Open the Synchronizer admin
- Go to the SuperOffice CRM Settings
- Turn on the option Do not synchronize SuperOffice alarm
- Click on Apply the setting for all the users to save
How to turn off Outlook reminders
If you don't want the Outlook reminders to synchronize into SuperOffice follow these steps
- Open the Synchronizer admin
- Go to the External Settings
- Turn on the option Do not synchronize External alarm
- Click on Apply the setting for all the users to save
