Overview:

What to do when you use reminders in your SuperOffice appointments and you do not want these reminders to be synchronized into Outlook.

How to:

  • Go to my.nebulasynchronizer.com and login with your SuperOffice credentials
  • Open your settings
  • Go to the SuperOffice settings
  • In the Other section turn off the option 'Synchronizer SuperOffice reminders'
  • Save

 

If you don't want the Outlook alarms to synchronize into SuperOffice go to the Exchange, O365 or Google settings on the same settings page and choose to turn off the option 'Synchronize Outlook reminders' and Save.
