You are using one of our Nebula products but would like to change or update your credit card information. Follow this KB article to find out how.
How to choose another pricing plan:
- First, log in to the Nebula Dashboard by navigating to your own product environment.
- Click on the red SuperOffice button to login with your SuperOffice Online account
- Click SUBSCRIPTION (1) in the top right corner, which will take you to the subscription page
- Here you can edit or change your billing/credit card (2) information.
- (One extra step needed only for the Nebula Synchronizer click on the CHANGE-button on the bottom of the screen not visible in this example picture).
- Important (!): Click the blue Update Subscription button (3) at the bottom of the page to apply the new information and you are done.
