Follow-up filter settings
In this panel you can select which SuperOffice appointment types and tasks are being synchronized to Outlook.
You can also set the synchronization timeframe; the number of days in the past and the number of days in the future in which the Synchronizer checks your calendar.
The default values are 30 days in the past and 120 days in the future.
THE GOLDEN RULES
1. Set the correct day values correctly the first time when using the Synchronizer the first time!
2. When changing the values afterwards, only change the days in the past to a lower value and only change the days in the future to a higher value!
Not following these rules will result in duplicate appointments.
|Follow-up filter settings options|
|Number of days in the past||Specify the number of days in the past to synchronize.

|Activity Filter||Check or uncheck the SuperOffice activity types which should be synchronized. Use the ‘Select All’ option to select all the activities, use the ‘Deselect All’ option to deselect all the activities|
NOTE When you specify activity types make sure that you also select the activity types which have been setup as the default types for External appointments and tasks (See SuperOffice CRM Settings). Failing this, will result in appointments created in Outlook and changed in SuperOffice that will not be synchronized
