In this panel in the Synchronizer admin you can set the synchronization direction

SuperOffice <-> External System | Setting this option means the Synchronizer will synchronize appointments and task both ways. Contacts are synchronized only one way, from SuperOffice CRM to the external calendar system |
SuperOffice -> External System | Setting this option means the Synchronizer will synchronize appointments, tasks and contacts only one-way, from SuperOffice CRM to the external calendar system |
