After upgrading your SuperOffice to version 9.x changes are you have received a new SuperOffice serial number.
When you now want to start the Synchronizer admin you recieve this error message
We store license information in the UserPreference table in SuperOffice. This error means that some cache files in the DB are not correct, or pointing to the previous serialnumber
- Please follow these steps to fix this
Go to SQL
- open the Table: userpreference
- Search for records with Prefsection = "InfoBridge.Licensing.Client"
- Remove the records you retrieve
- Start the Synchronizer admin
NOTE: Always create a backup of the database first :)
